What will the living area of ​​the future be like ? We discovered it during the last edition of the Milan Furniture Fair, in which furniture with an extra gear made its way. In addition to being welcoming and comfortable, they are also functional and convertible. The sofa is more and more often a sofa bed, because the living space, like the other areas of the home, must be flexible and adapt to the ever-changing needs. In this context, the proposals of Milano Bedding seen at the Salone del Mobile 2022 are interpreters of the trends, since the new models (and the extensions of existing products) respond to different functional needs: the sofa beds are comfortable exactly as a sofa; solutions with chaise longue have been added to the classic configuration and, when a corner unit is not suitable for the conformation of the living room, the footstool arrives to complete the interior design project. On the same occasion, a new version for Vivien was presented, the most suitable answer for those who want to combine not two needs (sofa and bed), but three: sofa, bed and chaise longue, for a living area with maximum comfort. Last but not least and as a response to a third need, that is to achieve maximum comfort but without resorting to a fixed corner, Milano Bedding presented at the Salone the Clarke footstool, with completely removable cover, natural completion of the sofa bed of the same design and answer for the living room of the future. The Salone dictated the rule: every living room will find its ideal composition; transversal, the continuous presence of two concepts: functionality and comfort.
